Take away the free drinks and food, it’s a dump.

How this place is rated so high, I have no idea. The free drinks and food must be the reason. Booked a king suite twice for my wife and our two young children (2 and 6 months) and twice we had a room without properly functioning AC in the dead heat of a Mississippi summer. While the bedroom had AC, the main room did not, and required a fan and keeping the bedroom AC at 66 in order to maybe get the main room down to 77 after a few hours. A great situation for tired kids and parents after a long day of driving. The main hall on the floor was also well into the 80’s. The hotel staff didn’t seem mind when this brought up to them on multiple occasions, and they could not provide extra fans. The room itself was run down, with electrical plugs and usb ports hanging from their receptacles.
