The problem isn't the hotel, the problem is your Expedia you lied and claimed the hotel cancelled my reservation when in fact you never sent it and I paid for my room out of my own pocket and now you're making me wait for you to refund my money because of your incompetent I didn't get a room until late into the night and I'm very, very upset with your company!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
