This doesn’t seem to be Hilton , Hilton is making a big mistake by lending there name to this hotel if they are doing so. The hotel entrance and lobby is so dark can’t see anything properly. The staff provided me a room which was one of the worst rooms. Stayed two nights and didn’t even sleep good at all. Broken tiles the room, Acs not cooling , They don’t provide body wash only a soap that smell terrible. Breakfast was okay.

El servicio es bueno y el personal muy amable, La ubicación también está bien, pero el hotel parece que no le han dado mantenimiento y mucho menos remodelación desde los 70s. Los muebles están viejos y maltratados, ni siquiera quise usar los cajones porque tienen un olorcito rancio y se les ve como moho por dentro. El cuarto huele a humedad y las paredes están sumamente sucias. El lobby está siempre oscuro y sombrío tanto de día como de noche. El espejo de agua en la entrada da la impresión de que no le han cambiando el agua en años.

In one of the best areas of Merida. Lovely walk along the 60th avenue to the main square. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. The staff was very professional and polite, Gioana at the reception desk was exceptionally kind and helpful always.

The environment around the hotel smells bad from sewage. 2. The hotel waiting area is too narrow and small 3. The hotel reps at the front desk seem sluggish in responding to requests. You have to remind them several times . 4. Restaurant food selection is very limited 5. A hotel of this size and reputation should have a microwave. 6. The refrigerator in the room is midocare!. Very old and ineffective.
