Balcony view was satisfactory
We were there for 4 night. Tipped every day and always left the room tidy. However, at checkout, we were charge an extra fee for a small stain on a towel.
At checkout, we were told to wait at the front desk while a staff member went into our room to inspect it. The staff member reappeared with this towel which had a small stain and said that we need to pay for the stain.
The shower took at least 5 minutes to produce luke-warm water, and the warmth only lasted 30-45 seconds. Ironically, most towels and beds sheets that were given to us had stains. We just assumed they were clean.

Nice simple hotel.

The hotel is a very good mexican hotel. I was on the main floor and it was very quiet thw pool is great to cool off at the end of the day. The seak staff were very helpful and i will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this hotel. It is one block from the beach and right beside an OXXO that has great coffee for $27pesos The hotel staff were all very friendly. My room included a large refrigerator but no other kitchen appliances. This property is a block from the malecón and walking distance to a local market/food court and the Chedraui Would highly recommend.

Nice, inexpensive hotel near the beach

The location of this hotel is great, one block away from the beach, across the street from the Meteorite museum, and half a block from a 24/7 convenience store. The hotel is perfect for a short vacation where you are looking for value for your money. The parking at the rear of the hotel is small but convenient. Beware that there is no food offered at all.

Close to beach, everything you’ll need. Does not have beach view, or restaurant or bar that’s open. We had a junior suite, very spacious with patio but only a table, chairs and futon in kitchen/dining. Nothing is suppled in kitchen so not very useful that way (only a fridge, counter, sink). Otherwise staff was nice and bed was comfy.

The property is close to the malecón whoch is great for activities & eating. The suite we booked online said “kitchenette”, but only had a good size fridge & a kitchen sink but no stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & not a single dish, cup, glass or utensil available & hard wood chairs to sit on. We could not get any English on the tv & staff did not help when asked. Cleaning staff were great!!

Kitchen was only a fridge and sink. V. Noisy, bar is half block away, so music until early hours. No restaurant or gift store, which was advertised as an amenity. It was however clean, inexpensive, and convenient to el centro.and beach.
