I really wanted to like this hotel because of its location, but my stay was honestly a big disappointment. From the moment I arrived, things felt off. 1st night felt like they gave me the worst room possible, and then switched me to one where the toilet wouldn’t flush, who does that? The room itself did not match the photos at all. It felt outdated, not well maintained, and definitely not worth the price. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the hallway made it almost impossible to sleep. Cleanliness was also questionable. I’ve traveled a lot through México, and Mérida usually has great options, but this was honestly one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Parking is an issue here according to several people and that encouraged me to avoid car rental. Had I read the reviews about this hotel earlier, I would've looked for other options as it was very disappointing, 1st night they gave us the worst room next to a warehouse/service room and you can hear noise throughout the night which was very uncomfortable, then they switched our room to one where the toilet wouldn’t flush which was even worse, and then they finally gave us a half decent room, but overall this is not a good hotel, I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience but this is not even 3, I would say 2 stars.

Great location, no elevator, no offer to help with bags and we are almost 80 years old, no blackout curtains so room was too bright from window by stairs and hallway. Heard talking and walking by room most of the night. Good price for location but wouldn't stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable an clean. The breakfast was good. I didnt get time to watch the tv because i spent most of the time in that soft bed. The shower water was hot it was a surprise. I give it a 10 out of 10 i will go back. Both of the customer service treated me with respect an kindness surprise for me in Merida

Great place in Centro

We were looking for a last-minute stay in the old part of town near our walking tours and this was perfect. It is directly across the street from Santa Lucia park and four blocks from the main square. The check-in was easy and the front desk people very helpful. Our room was very clean and had two comfortable beds. The shower had plenty of hot water and was great. We only use the air conditioner at night to take out the humidity but it worked great. Had a ceiling fan right over the bed and a rocking chair in the room. It was next door to one of the most famous restaurants, Chaya Maya and had great taco restaurants down the street also. 10 minutes and either direction where the two best markets.

Great Cost-effective Hotel in Merida

The location of the Hotel is great, it is on the center of the Mérida Downtown. Very close to the Airport Bus and close to Cathedral, restaurants and stores. It is great Hotel different to the big chain Hotels
