The location is excellent and within walking distance to various attractions such as markets, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The hotel is somewhat outdated with no safe, microwave, or hair dryer, but if you're okay without these amenities, the stay is quite great.

A sweet colonial hotel across from Parque S. Lucia! Nice pool area, convenient to everything, rooms kept clean, personable staff. However, our room #102 was in a noisy location, near lobby and everyone leaving for excursions and airport all hours. Ask for a room by pool or upper floor.

Room was clean, staff was courteous, location is close to everything and anything. There are several shops, restaurants, and hangouts nearby. You wan walk and feel safe in this area. I would definitely recommend Hotel Santa Lucia! There is no breakfast, so please correct that on the description of your hotel.

Great Cost-effective Hotel in Merida

The location of the Hotel is great, it is on the center of the Mérida Downtown. Very close to the Airport Bus and close to Cathedral, restaurants and stores. It is great Hotel different to the big chain Hotels
