We booked a suite and it happened that they don’t get bookings on those often enough to keep them well. First night toilet not flushing Second toilet did not stop running. Third videt leaking and AC pooling condensate on desk Also first night sheets wrong size for bed and broken sofa. Changed rooms another suite. Start over with problems. Management refused to move us to regular suite in working condition. Also restaurant crisis for breakfast prepaid meals.

Room neglected. Towels in very poor condition. Toilet not water enough to flushing. Last morning not hot water in shower. Poor cleaning. Shower tub whit mold and very deteriorated. Room haven’t refrigerator at all. We asked manager if they have at lease ice, answer “ we don’t manage ice” We ended up buying a cooler to keep water and drinks we bought cool. The hotel is very well located, check-in was quick, the only area for improvement is in the cleanliness as there were cockroaches in our bed when we arrived.

The staf were doing their job, however, the matress was very u uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and bulky. Hard to sleep on them. Talking with other guests they had exactly the same experience as we did. On the other hand, Mario and other front desk attendants were very helpful. Thank you!

Dirty and horrible

I am totally shocked that this website would include this hotel in their selection. We had scheduled 12 days at this location but we left after 2 days. The room was dirty, the curtains were soiled, the bathrooms were rusted out, I can go on and on with how dirty, old and unsafe this hotel is. Somebody needs to put a stop to it immediately.

Nice Hotel Paseo Montejo

It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view. Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon.
