We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). Overall I would recommend the hotel for a few days if you want to be able to walk everywhere in Centro

Staff member John was exceptional. Location was close to el Centro and to Calle 47 (gastronomical street). Very quiet. Never hot water in the shower. "Pool" was non-functional. Photos were misleading: Our room was very small and did not match the photos. Photos indicated a common space that did not exist.

It was fine... But far from a "boutique hotel". The bed was just okay. The cenote pool was out of order our whole stay. We asked for two extra pillows and that cost extra. It was a nice hotel, but boutique is all about service and historic. They got the historic part but need to work on the service part. Also, the vending machine in the center courtyard is just not boutique. Sell stuff at the main desk, not out of the machine. And lastly, the toilets were super weak, we had to leave the hotel to go #2. Lame!

Day one, I found the safe box locked, therefore it was unusable, I made them aware of it but it was never corrected. Day two, I wasn’t informed that I had to leave the key in the front desk when leaving for the day. I came back that night and my room wasn’t made. Only stayed two nights but they didn’t clean the room or made the bed. Bummer. Other than that the place was nice and well maintained, the location unbeatable and the price was right.

El único tema es que no tiene estacionamiento ni convenio con ninguno. Y los estacionamientos cobran por hora mas de 30 pesos y abren despues de las 8am asi que si tienes que salir temorano te tienes que arriesgar a dejar el auto en la calle. Es lo único por mejorar que tengan convenio en algun estacionamiento. De lo demás excelente
