Cleaning and maintenance crew are great and friendly. Front am staff especially the younger girl didn’t make my check in feel welcomed! Not very friendly or engaging! Rooms are terribly outdated but you pay for what you get! Pruebe was no form of floor shower towel when getting out of the shower.

Great location

Slow customer service assistance but good. They have free wifi but doesn't work all the time 😒 specially in the room. The bathroom needs more attention to details. They are well located near to restaurants, clubs, and the center. You can walk 🚶‍♀️ secure all around.

Great location, but the lobby and rooms were filthy. There were pubic hairs on the wall in the shower and my son and I were covered in bug bites. Worst part is that I paid for 3 nights, but only stayed for 1 night and the hotel refused to refund my money. I’m now in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. HORRIBLE experience. Stay far away from this place.
