"Our room was so perfect and clean. We loved our stay and loved being there. It was pretty and smelled so nice. When we got there though to check in on Wednesday 3/4 at 2:00ish pm the man who was there at the front desk made us feel unwelcome and we felt like leaving but I’m glad we didn’t. We walked in and we said we had a reservation and we had to ring the bell multiple times before I had to look in and saw him standing there and he let us in. We had come a long way and we were exhausted. We came in and said we had a reservation and gave him our names and he said I don’t see your reservation and I said we had booked it on Hotels.com he said “no” and mocked us when we said we said that we did make a reservation the night before. He also argued with us about it for 10 minutes instead of just checking. Which hurt our feelings and was really rude. He then said “I hope you know you picked a regular room because your wheelchair won’t fit and I don’t want that to you to talk badly about that.” Which felt pretty rude and was a non issue as we were able to fit it in just fine. He then checked and confirmed we had a reservation and we didn’t see him the rest of the stay luckily. The AC worked perfectly was was so refreshing. The sink was really pretty and honestly it was perfect in there. The other people at the front desk like the kind woman on 3/5 and 11:00pm was made us feel a lot better and was a lot more helpful and we appreciated meeting her. I would definitely stay here again."

"We always enjoy the great breakfast Hampton provides. They were getting an upgrade of carpet but no noise problems. The dining room furniture is tired, but clean. Hopefully it will be replaced as well."
