Lovely villa in Puerto de Addaya. Features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and AC throughout for total comfort. Enjoy the private pool and a dedicated BBQ area, perfect for alfresco dining. Located near the marina and local coastal paths, it’s a prime spot for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday with all the essentials.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc. Very close to the beach of Arenal d`en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services.

Privacy: The owners` area is tucked away in a specific part of the garden which is not accessible to guests, ensuring both parties have their own private space.

Assistance: Having the owners nearby can be a great advantage if you need any local recommendations :))

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

A damage deposit of €900 is required. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected.

Great house overall. We had issues with the heat and WiFi which took a while to get fixed. Realizing the impact these issues had on our stay, the management company worked hard to address them. They provided some portable heaters and a gracious gift to make up for the inconvenience.
