Cosy apartment just a 5-minute walk from Arenal d'en Castell beach. The apartment is located in a community with shared garden and swimming pool. Very quiet residential area with a family atmosphere. About 200 metres away you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping area. There is also a pharmacy and car rental, ideal for spending a family holiday.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 people and has been recently renovated.

It consists of a lounge with air conditioning, with an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven and electric hob, kettle, Italian coffee maker and toaster. Separate utility room with washing machine and drying area.

Portable barbecue.

It consists of 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds with ceiling fan and 1 double bedroom with double bed with ceiling fan.

It has a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and hammocks.

For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
