Modern and functional chalet located in the residential area of Fornells, 200 metres from the fishing port and the town centre.

The villa is incredibly well placed on the edge of Fornells but within easy walk of the village centre.The villa is of modern design but with just a few small defects that require tidying up to make it perfect.The hosts were excellent both in communication and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. The pool is of a great size with sunshine on it all day but shade available under the main building if required.The air conditioning works incredibly well to keep the villa a perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

The property is in a great location and the house accommodation is super .HOWEVER..They are building a new house right next to it and so there is quite a lot of dust and noise which we found intrusive when trying to relax the furniture and table on the terrace was getting filthy everyday.The area around the pool is very tatty and the pool tiles are coming off and the lower pool filter cover is broken and sharp if you stand on it .. the whole area by the pool feels in need of TLC.
