There were too many rules about dining and snack bar open. It’s an all inclusive but water was not included in the room. We asked for a room to be cleaned-assumed bed sheets would be changed but instead pillows were turned over(makeup marks) sheets weren’t changed. Sewage smell in our room and even though we had a ‘sea view’ room unless you stand at the balcony you couldn’t see the sea of you sat down! Overall very disappointed and won’t be recommending again.

Tour le site est bien entretenu, le personnel s efforce toute la journée de satisfaire ses clients. Personnel tres gentil. Le complexe est trÚs agréable, assez ombragé et de multiples activités sont proposées. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. On regrette juste de ne pas y etre resté plus longtemps

En general es un hotel muy agradable. Instalaciones algo desgastadas pero bien cuidadas. La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La comida bastante sabrosa y variada. Siempre encuentras algo que te pueda gustar. Como detalles negativos: -En el check in te entregan unos vasos de plástico bajo un pago de 1 euro cada uno que te devuelven al salir si los entregas. Es un rollo tener que ir con los vasos a todos los sitios si quieres tomar algo en el bar de la piscina o el que sea
 -El personal de recepción está muy por debajo del nivel del resto de trabajadores (limpieza, camareros, mantenimiento, etc.) Mucho descontrol, descoordinación y mala imagen en general para lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas.

Cet hĂŽtel ne mĂ©rite pas un 4 Ă©toile, nĂ©anmoins le rapport qualitĂ© prix reste trĂšs correct ! Il y a beaucoup de piscines, de nombreuses activitĂ©s pour les enfants notamment un Aqua Park. Je pense que cet hĂŽtel convient parfaitement Ă  des familles mais peut ĂȘtre pas Ă  des couples. Petite remarque concernant le buffet il n’est vraiment pas trĂšs bon.
