The hotel was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful,it was in a peaceful location and close to the beach the only negative is that there were a few to many flies in the restaurant.

Buen hotel para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Las habitaciones mas que correctas y con unas camas muy comodas. La comida los ultimos dias un poco repetitiva pero de una calidad aceptable. Ubicacion inmejorable en cala blanca. Era nuestra segunda vez y creo que repetiremos.

Bella location, ottima posizione per qualsiasi spostamento, bella spiaggia a soli 5 minuti a piedi, 20 min di pullman (che è più comodo della macchina la sera) per raggiungere Ciutadella. Personale disponibile, in particolar modo Estefania, che parlava un italiano perfetto. Cibo ottimo e variegato tutti i giorni, vasta scelta di carni, pesce fresco ecc.. Il personale al desk era cortese e preparato. Tutte le ragazze eccezionali. La pulizia ottima, Il cibo per colazione, pranzo e cena abbondante, variegato e di buona qualità. I camerieri al ristorante e i cuochi gentili e precisi. La struttura è vicinissima ad una spiaggia attrezzata, ma ancora bella. La fermata dell'autobus che connette a Ciutadella e da lì alle belle spiagge del sud di Minorca è accanto all'hotel.

Trato del personal excelente. Ubicación y entorno perfectos. Pero micro lavabo, no caben 2 personas a la vez. Bañera de 1 metro, tal cual. Para eso cambia a ducha. Cafe de máquina horrible, cambiad a nespresso, hoy en dia cualquier hotel tiene y el sabor es inmejorable.

Probablamente para gentes conformistas con poco

Ya empezando por las reducidas medidas del ascensor se presiente que la habitación estará en "línea"... efectivamente!!! Decoración anodina. Es la primera vez en un hotel que presume de 4* de no disponer de las amenities para el set de baño: NADA, únicamente un dosificador de jabón. Al igual que en casi todos los hoteles del país, la nevera calienta en vez de enfriar. Se echa a faltar un bidet. Desastre peor fue que a las 08:13AM estuviera la camarera de pisos "porreando" la puerta de forma insistente... 6 minutos más tarde abrí la puerta pensando que había un incendio o algo peor, pero no, resulta que quería "repasar" la habitación. Relación precio/calidad elevado. Incomprensible que el horario de la piscina cierre a las 18:00PM, cuando los que estamos por negocios en la Isla aún no hemos regresado al hotel. Como punto a favor: facilidad conexión WIFI, el A/C funcionando correctamente y la señorita de recepción.

El hotel fantástico y el personal de recepción excelente. Fuimos con media pensión y había una gran variedad en la comida. El espectáculo de magia de por la noche fue muy entretenido y, cuando acabó, el mago iba mesa por mesa haciéndote trucos de cartas. Muy simpático! El socorrista, un chico de Barcelona, muy simpático. Lo único malo fue el servicio de habitaciones, la verdad es que solamente nos hicieron la cama. No limpiaron, no barrieron, no cambiaron las bolsas de basura. Increíble.. Y encima super bordes. Pero bueno, es lo que hay. El hotel fantástico y la ubicación es n excelente. Repetiría.
