The accommodation is located in a quiet area of Lake Como. The property is a small villa surrounded by a garden with outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. The interiors are welcoming and characterised by traditional elements, such as exposed wooden beams, which create a warm and familiar atmosphere. The house offers spacious and bright rooms, ideal for spending a pleasant stay immersed in the nature and tranquillity of the lake.



The house is developed on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a large living room with exposed wooden beams and a separate kitchen. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with two other bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, as well as access to a small terrace with a view of the garden. The house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.



*The fireplace in the living room is not usable.

In the area where the accommodation is located, there are no taxis or public transport for short local trips. It is therefore recommended to reach the destination by car.
