Set in the hills behind Menaggio, with panoramic views over Lake Como, this romantic apartment makes an excellent base for exploring Como and the surrounding area. The apartment is on the first floor of an attractive residence and sleeps 4 people. It is just a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the lake.
The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, with an open-plan living area, and glass sliding doors out onto a balcony, overlooking the lake. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Back indoors there is a sofa and flat-screen TV. The dining table with 4 chairs is next to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
Open stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom.

Renovierungsbedarf
Das Mobiliar sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Fehlende Informationen über WLAN-Passwort und über den Ort des Bestecks sollten bei Ankunft verfügbar sein. Auf Email-Anfragen sollte geantwortet werden. Das einzig Positive ist der Blick vom Balkon auf den Comer See.
