The room was in good condition but definitely not my vibe...It felt dark. I wouldn't help but think the lobby was kind of run down and a bit dirty. Also, I forgot toothpaste which was not available at the front desk. The staff was friendly. And, I did enjoy the PB&J sandwich and chocolate milk. Overall, I thought it was overpriced.

Gorgeous Hotel!! The theater had awesome concert movies of Elvis, the lobby bar, entertainment, coffee snack bar & restaurants were fantastic! Loved everything about this resort . PS: The rooms are Beautiful!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the various restaurants was delicious! The room itself was clean and comfortable, but something’s needed attention, such as a flickering light in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the safe was unable to be opened. These are things I would expect house keeping to have taken care of before the room was to be used.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff from valet parking, check-in, restaurant & bar were very friendly. The coffee shop in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. The location was a short walk from Graceland but the hotel also provided shuttle service there every half hour. They also ran Elvis movies inside their theater in the evening & there was music in the lounge area also. We would highly recommend The Guesthouse at Graceland especially if you want the whole Elvis experience!
