The house is new however the neighborhood it is located in is run down. There are a couple of other new houses next door but the overall vibe of the neighborhood is questionable. I will make sure to Google Earth any further rentals. Lesson learned. It was listed as non-smoking however it is obvious upon walking in that people did not follow those instructions. It had a marijuana odor to it. The host was super easy to communicate with. The location to the activities we did was good. Odor and neighborhood are the major negatives of this property. On a positive note there are ring cameras on all doors and windows.

Host was very welcoming and always easy to reach. It's a beautiful home in a developing neighborhood, but just a quick 5-7 min drive to downtown/Beale St. The dining and living room space made it easy to enjoy meals/time together. Highly recommend if you're ever visiting Memphis with a group!

My Sister’s 47th Bday

The house is as pictured. The house is literally around the corner from everywhere! We chose to use Uber and it was very cost efficient. We found a Kroger and grabbed a few things for breakfast. The host set up the cutest birthday decorations and left us a sincere card. Will stay again! Keeping this homes saved until it’s gets warmer! Just to note: we didn’t catch an Uber to Kroger. We had a car but chose to Uber to Beale st, and dinner. East Memphis is beautiful, about a 20 min drive just in case you want a different restaurant from downtown.

Beautiful home

The house is new and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and huge bathrooms. The location is close to downtown and all the attractions and areas we wanted to visit. Huey a nearby restaurant had great hamburgers and club sandwiches fries and onion rings. On Beale Street we went to a couple of restaurants. And free music which went from Blues, RB, rock and more. Very nice trip. Would stay here again. The host Ebony was very nice and attentive.

the house was beautiful and comfortable and although the neighborhood leaves much to be desired it was a very quiet neighborhood. Although there’s no shopping close in the area we were still in close proximity to the Renasant center Beale street and many other restaurants. The host Ms Ebony was very attentive and eager to make our stay a memorable one. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to go. I would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you Ebony for everything.

We had a great time visiting Memphis! Surprised by the location of the house especially coming in after dark. House was as described in the post. Beds were not comfortable. It was nice knowing that the house had security. No one would deliver pizza in our area. Small amount of bathroom supplies for 6 adults.

Beautiful and quiet

After our drive from Wisconsin, my sisters, mom, and I all enjoyed our stay at this rental. The host is very responsive, and very nice. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped with daily needs. Uber was quick, cheap and easy to Beale street and the Bass Pro pyramid. We had pizza delivered two nights from DoorDash and UberEats. We also had Walmart grocery delivery. Thank you Ebony for being a great host!
