Love Memphis and the Centri- You will too!

Very very clean and response to request for additional towels less than 10 minutes. Shower very nice. You dont wait forever for hot water! It also has the rain shower feature that doesnt spray ice water on you. The only negative was checking out and the front desk employee just gave me a dismissive look and looked away. We had a 5am flight so our check out was 3am. Ive worked night shift and know sometimes you have to smile even when you dont feel like it. The roof top bar was GREAT! Dont get muffins at grab and go they are stale. Breakfast in the hotel was great. The majority of people frim the area we interacted with were kind and very polite.
Neat and clean with pillows upon pillows!

A little bit of everything in downtown Memphis.

Very nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Staff was amazing especially front desk staff and Porsche the bartender. No need for a car if you stay here with plenty of high end and entry level dining options in the area. Rooftop bar while popular for locals, doesn’t interfere with hotel guests as hotel is very well separated. Keep in mind they keep a $75 a day incidental fee which I thought was a bit excessive.

I loved the room, rooftop bar and the staff were phenomenal! However the bathroom needs more towels, and an exhaust system! We had to ask the maid to give us towels and to empty the trash! Although it was the holiday weekend, there was up to a 30-40 minute wait for valet!
