I was supposed to have a king but the Pacers were staying there and I got switched to a double. The floors were LVT which is gross walking around on - and the room above me had someone who dropped stuff continuously the first night and then was in a fight - it sounded like they were throwing things as well as each other - she was crying etc- I called the front desk and they said they would send security but I don’t think they ever did- needless to say sleep was not had - also the front desk told me the rooftop was open every night 5-11 but it was closed on the night I could go up which was a Sunday.

From other reviews, I had high expectations for this hotel. Unfortunately, I had to lower my expectations considerably. We only stayed one night, however, experienced numerous problems. We paid for valet parking, however the app they sent to my phone so we could let them know when we needed to have the car ready, didn't work until we had already had to wait for our car two times. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and even when I asked a housekeeping staff who was cleaning rooms on our floor if I could get a bar, she told me they only have hand lotion which was strange. The shower was impossible to figure out how to use. We had to have housekeeping come and still had trouble getting the water temperature comfortable. The location, while close to what we wanted to see/do, was a little sketchy (as was all of Downtown Memphis, actually). The hotel itself is a little rundown, certainly could use some TLC. We didn't use the pool, but did have an evening cocktail on the roof top bar, which again, was a little dirty and rundown, but the views were nice. We went back up after dinner out to see the lights on the bridge and that was nice also. While the website indicates free breakfast for guests, that was not the case. Most of the staff were friendly, however, all things considered, this hotel is not worth the price, in my opinion.

Didn't have breakfast but what i saw looked good. Fruit, yogurt, coffee etc. Price was decent. Was able to walk to the river and that was nice. Clean, coffee in the room, the cups are to tall to under the maker. And no liquid creamer, that would be nice.

The room was nice. No problem with the air conditioning. I didn't use gym. The staff was great I was able to enjoy Beale Street. Awesome location and hotel, and I travel often. I would give it a 9.5 always keep something for myself!!!
