The room and the entire hotel was very nice and clean. The room was a great size and breakfast was great! Best of all....the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

Staff support was lacking when I arrived on Saturday "around" 1ish and explained to the young woman that I was "extremely tired" and HAD to sleep in my car (w/my dog) that morning because I couldn't find a replacement room after canceling a reservation for various reasons AND if somehow I could "pay" extra to enter the room I reserved prior to 3pm. She informed me that the room wasn't currently available. Because she displayed NO EMPATHY...because that room was in Montgomery, AL and this Hotel is located in Southaven MISSISSIPPI!!! Feeling forced to create MY OWN ALTERNATIVE OPTION to address MY DILEMMA (Nelly & Kelly lol)...so I asked whether it was illegal here if I were to sleep in my car,..in they're parking lot. The Staff Member Who Doesn't KNOW HOW to Support Your Guests reported, "Yeah...you can sleep in your car. You're a guest.... you have a reservation. "I" graciously THANKED this Staff Member and promptly went to me car to sleep. By the way she also told me she'd call within an HOUR or SO when the room was ready. I was ecstatic with that news...which is why I THANKED The Staff Member Who Doesn't KNOW HOW to Support Your Guests! I woke up and called...room not ready...I forgot to look at the time. I went to sleep. I woke up again and it was 3:25pm on my dash (2:25pm CT)....so I'm like let me drive around and see...lol I can't remember. Whatever I did...I didn't arrive back at the hotel until "around 4pm." I checked in with BRII, who is FREAKING AMAZING btw......

This was a horrible experience. The room .key never worked. Steady had to go back and forth to front desk regarding the key because I could not get back to my room because the elevators are controlled by the room key. The microwave didn’t work and made a loud noise when it was on. The usb outlets in the front room (where the kids slept) did not work. The toilet would not flush properly due to low water pressure. Was told that maintenance would come in the morning in which he did but with all that going on I was never offered another room. I am going to contact headquarters on tomorrow to file a complaint. I paid too much for this stay to receive the services I received.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had everything you would want BUT was so dirty you didn’t want to touch anything. Needs a serious deep clean of carpet, upholstery, curtains, shower, switch plates. I’m sure it was lovely new but everything it quite beat down now.

Alot of these like places to eat and shop are near this hotel making it very convenient. The property is pretty decent and they have spacy rooms. Overall a good deal!
