Great, friendly staff. I arrived in a panic during the ice storm and Dominique took great care of me and got my family and I set up quickly with a smile. We have to extend our stay and we felt very welcomed and at home. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Super handy being right next door to Kroger as well!

When we arrived there was a bowl at the door for a brownish liquid leak coming from the ceiling. One elevator was broken, the pool was closed as well as the gym area. I chose this hotel due to the amenities. Probably won’t book here again.

The room had roaches. The managements staff did not hold up to what they said that they were going to do. The breakfast was good ms Denise was the cook. The staff was amazing. Dawn at the check in desk went out of her way to correct an error in our room type. She was friendly and kind to our kids playing card games in the lobby! She made sure we didn’t even notice the pool being closed, which was huge for the kids. Denise at breakfast engaged with my child and helped her from the second she saw us walk in till we talked out the door. Having a staff like this makes all the difference in a hotel and if we travel back that way, I hope those ladies are there waiting for us! You don’t see this kind of staff often, so I hope their boss knows what a treasure they have in these 2 ladies!
