Never Again Hilton

No idea as our rooms were given away! After traveling all day from Texas, first stop on family vacation and we were free by “Alex”, a young lady who informed us she did not have the rooms we reserved. They were given to guests who wanted to extend their stay! I had to find other accommodations at 7 pm for to replace a confirmed reservation made in July!

The hotel staff was great. They were honestly the only good thing about this experience. The hotel room we were in was horrible. People were smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and on our floor. The whole 4th floor smelled like pot. When we got to our room, the thermostat was broken, the wires were exposed under the AC unit, the phone didn't work, the lamp was missing the bolt to hold the shade on, the bathroom was missing a tile, and the shower had mildew. We will not be coming back.

The overall hotel was great it had just opened when we stayed. The stay would have been great but their system for room keys was not working so to get into your room staff had to go let you in. I booked a room that said it slept 6 expecting two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room had two beds and a couch. Honestly beyond that and key inconvenience it was a great hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great

Too terrible to give any rating. Had to ask for room swap and still I had to check out immediately due to 2 horrible rooms conditions and book a room at another hotel. Uncleaned toilet, cracked toilet seat and unclean shower, ants everywhere, running water in the tub and unclean linen. Wasn’t even a one star hotel. I am reaching out to both Expedia and Hilton corporate headquarters for my refund.

Decent room, beds are comfortable. No cooktop, so we brought a hot plate and pan. Breakfast was a bust. Close and convenient to family, shopping and dining. Staff was excellent.
