The reason for my three star review has nothing to do with the staff, they were wonderful! However the walls are not soundproof. The poor person in the room to our left was ill “all night” and the smoke alarm in the room to our right went off early in the morning.

The gentleman that checked us in was so short with us that it came off this quite frankly rude. He gave us no information about Wi-Fi breakfast options check out time anything he gave us no information. Additionally I called the front desk once and was put on hold for over 5 minutes called back a second time they didn't answer so finally had to walk down to the front desk in order to get the items we need for our room that were not supplied originally parking was extremely limited and I had to park in an area which I thought was unsafe due to lighting in being so secluded this hotel is also shared on the property with another hotel like they're the same building and that was quite confusing also because the other one was serving a free continental breakfast and ours was charging 1099 however it was the exact same food.

We liked the hotel except for the moldy shower. The pool was green but obviously out of service. The stay was ok, just not worth the price. Hiltons are usually much better. Conveniently located.
