The staff, the clean room and the location stood out the most. Since the hotel is located on Beale Street, they acknowledged that it might get loud so they provided ear plugs to help you sleep at night, which I thought was great

First time in Memphis and not disappointed at all with this choice of hotel. My room was large and the bed very comfortable. Being 2 minutes from the FedEx Forum and Beale Street were also huge bonuses.

Nice staff! Comfortable rooms. It was a pretty mellow night on Beale Street during our stay so we actually got a good night sleep! However the rooms do provide ear plugs for when there is a lot going on.

Room was especially clean and large. The bed was comfortable. I booked a handicap accessible room because during booking I thought I was getting a balcony room. Unfortunately it was not, and had a view of the alley. Air conditioning was not cooling, but maintenance came up quickly and fixed it. Staff was efficient and the check in and check out process was quick. The tv was mounted in such a way if was not easily visible from the bed. An adjustable bracket would have easily alleviated this issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Hampton Inn on Beale is one of the best locations for easy access to Beale Street.
