The entire stay, no one ever cleaned the room, the trash cans were over flowing and never emptied. Had to contact staff at least to new towels, and the little in room coffee packs and reusing the paper coffee cups. We did let the hotel know via survey about this experience.

This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement.
