Our room has black mold growing on the bathroom door frame and it looks like the bathroom floor hasn’t been swept in several stays. Hotel looks clean. Pool had visible dirt in piles on the bottom. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful!

There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, I took a picture and showed the front desk person, she wasn’t the friendliest. I didn’t want to be charged for something that was already there. The front desk person told me they already know and I won’t be charged. I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out, that front desk person said I would get a receipt from Expedia and I still don’t have a receipt. The breakfast was usual for a hotel. I wanted to tip the attendant but I didn’t see where to leave it. I really liked the glass shower doors in the bathroom. It helped with not getting the floor wet when you took a shower. The beds weren’t that comfortable and they fold the pillows to make them smaller and if you don’t realize that, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We stayed one night and we would stay again if we had too.

Never again!!!

Check-in was an indication that it was not going to be a good stay. The person checking us in was too busy talking on her cell phone with a friend to interact with us. She was typing in our information while tilting her head toward her shoulder to keep her phone balanced as she had a personal conversation. The room did not have any drapes over the blinds which allowed too much light in the room. There may be a leak from the shower or some such thing as the bathroom floor was moist.

Good Stay With Spacious Parking and Good Breakfast

The stay was good. Plenty of parking and the QT gas station was within walking distance. Interstate very convenient to get back to, with 2 other hotels close by with restaurants. Good area. Hotel Room was very spacious with plenty of towels. Buffet breakfast was also good but there was no drinking water. They had water with lemon by the front door which was awful tasting. The other hiccup was their credit card terminal. Even though the terminal showed approved, it wouldn’t show up on their system and they wanted me to slide my card again which I didn’t do. My app showed pending and I asked for a manager. The front desk notated my account as I refused to slide my card again. This also happened to another guest in trying to pay the $50 for incidentals. Apparently IT did some work to their system the day before which maybe causing this issue. Now the bad side to this issue is when I checked out, the hotel cannot drop the pending charge since it never hit their system so now I have to follow up with the credit card company to have the pending charge removed.

Nice stay outside of Memphis. Very large room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Very nice staff. Room was clean and cold. Indoor heated pool. Lots of options at breakfast, more than I've seen in a long time. (Biscuits and gravy, pork and turkey sausage, grits, toast, bagel, pastry, waffle maker with 2 flavors, eggs scrambled and boiled, cheese) Great price.

The hotel was very nice conveniently located off an exit. Able to walk to Cracker Barrel. Gas station available closeby also. Room was nice with two queen size beds and sleeper sofa. Nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine offered options of latte, cappachino, hot chocolate etc.

Good clean property and rooms at great price. Overall staff was friendly and professional. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot breakfast was barely warm, scramble eggs didn't taste right and coffee was some sort of a mix of liquid contaption, wasn't real coffee in my opinion. Nothing like fresh brew coffee and this wasn't it. Other than that a decent stay.
