"The location is very good, close to the train station, very convenient. The hotel is old but seems to be under renovation. It has good potential after that. The staff is super friendly. There are stairs to enter the hotel, which is not ideal for elderly people, but there is a lift to go to the rooms."

My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. "The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
