El precio a pagar es mayor al de la reserva

El valor de la reserva realizado a traves de hoteles.com no corresponde al valor real a pagar al momento de hacer el check in. Eso no me parece correcto porque para eso se hace la reserva para garantizar no solo el cupo sino el valor a pagar, pero no se de quien es el error, si del hotel Zamba o de Hoteles.com. Hotel pequeño con buena atención en todos sus servicios.

Nice stay

I really enjoyed the hotel. I happened to stay during Mother’s Day weekend and there were many festivities in the area. It is only a couple of blocks from the main park, Simon Bolivar. The hotel has a small but very nice pool. The breakfast was included in my rate and it was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Laa habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, cuentan con una neverita pequeña y un televisor, no cuentan con Agua caliente, ni tendedero para la ropa mojada. En general las instalaciones del hotel son muy pequeñas, la piscina y area de piscina son demasiado pequeñas y si hay una familia con niños allí es inposible entrar debido a que no hay areas adecuadas, el servicio de recepción es bueno, los muchachos son muy queridos, pero las mujeres tienen un pesimo servicio! En general no lo recomendaría
