Room was dirty and unclean. Floor was discoloured and didn’t appear vacuumed. Room had broken lights and broken washing machine and wifi didn’t work. A random flip flop was in the room. We tried to wash our clothes and couldn’t get our clothes out of the broken washing machine. Maintenance then said they knew the washing machine was broken - so why not tell us so we didn’t lose our clothes? Charged for a portacot on top of that. Would not recommend at all and expected much better for the price

We had a room on a high floor with excellent views of the city we have lived in for a while and never seen it from this angle. Close to southbank which was jumping with Christmas activities. Room was excellent size (studio) with all the things there for a long stay - we only had a short staycation. Car parking trouble free and quick checkin.

The staff were very helpful and the location is great. Unfortunately our room seemed very run down. Everything was broken very old or just very worn. The aircon only worked for about an hr at a time. We had the service guy there three times but eventually gave up. Not what you expect from the penthouse.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean - The loungeroom had block out blinds but the bedrooms didn't so the night lights shone in and you were up when the sun came up!!. Soap dispensers in the shower were a good idea however they needed repair. Pool and Gym area were good. Would I stay again? If small changes were made Yes.

Room amenities were disappointing - I couldnt get the oven or stove to work; I had to request a toaster, an iron & an ironing board. The carpet in the hallway on my level was dirty for days before it was vacuumed. On the bright side the room was quiet, staff were lovely, & hotel location was great.
