The Wrap in Southbank was fantastic! Perfect location near the river, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Great value for the convenience and comfort. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We changed first room as room was filthy. They moved us to other room which had a cracked vanity. The bathroom was clogged as water wouldn’t flow through the grating in the shower. The washing machine didn’t work. We advised reception but no one bothered to attend to it. We had to do laundry at a Laundromat. Unpleasant stay.

Kitchen amenities lacking - only 1 glass. the carpet near the kitchen had a metal staple sticking out. The alarm in the corridor was going off in the evening. There was a high pitch frequency that would go off all hours of the morning when trying to sleep. It wasn't the AC unit as I turned it off to eliminate the issue. I have been a long term client and I don't think it will be an option next time round.
