Loft apartment was amazing. Very handy size for a family of four compared to a "pokey" hotel room. Plenty of room to relax. Beds were good. Room was clean. The complimentary snack bar (downstairs at reception) was certainly an added novelty / bonus - a very nice touch that I hope continues in the years to come. Breakfast bar was simple yet superior quality. Coffee machines worked well. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience.

I love the spacious rooms with separate lounge area. The bed is large and comfortable and the breakfast above average. The building is a beautiful historic building in a great location within walking distance to the city and tram stops just up the road. The staff are always friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean.
