I have stayed here many times but was disappointed this time. The room was tired, the couch worn and dirty. Dirty marks on the wall. Bathroom sink partly blocked (very slow to drain). The complimentary bottle of wine was single glass size. Overall an average experience this time.

Staff friendly and good location near to Southern Cross Station. Shower had good pressure. Uncomfortable pillows and beds meant I left with back pain. Overall wpuld nlt stay here again for the money I paid.

Staff great Room in poor shape. Was a zipped king and there was no mattress protector meaning sleeping anywhere in the middle of the bed meant the zipper digging in.
