The Space

Surrounded by greenery and offering glimpses of Port Phillip Bay, McCrae Treehouse brings together the charm of a secluded hideaway and the relaxed rhythm of seaside living. Just a short stroll from the shoreline, this three-storey home offers plenty of room to gather, unwind and enjoy time together.



At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a welcoming space for shared meals and easy afternoons. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, dishwasher and coffee machine, while the dining table offers plenty of room for everyone to come together. Sliding doors connect the living and dining areas to the outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a meal in the fresh air or settle onto the outdoor couch surrounded by the peaceful garden setting.



A separate sitting room near the main entrance provides another place to relax, complete with a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. The laundry and convenient powder room are also located on this level.



Across the upper levels, three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, including a master bedroom with bay views and an ensuite. A second bedroom offers a flexible bed configuration, while the third bedroom is tucked away on the top floor. For larger groups, a fold-out queen sofa in the main living area provides additional sleeping space for two guests.



Outside, enjoy the leafy garden or spend a leisurely afternoon on the deck. When it is time to explore, wander down to McCrae Beach for a swim, enjoy a coffee at a nearby cafe or venture further into the Mornington Peninsula to discover coastal villages, scenic lookouts and local wineries.
