We had a lovely stay at The Langham. We requested our 2 rooms near each other, if not next to, which we were told was available, however when our 2nd room was ready it was 6 floors away. We had to then swap our other room as there was no rooms left on our current floor. We were moved to a smaller room, which was a shock. The facilities were still lovely, however we were also positioned right behind the elevators.

Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious well equipped and very comfortable. The one drawback is the hotel restaurant which is a buffet. This is noisy, disproportionately expensive and in main not particularly good. Breakfast was disappointing. Buffets are fine but this too noisy and confuses quantity with quality. Otherwise a nice hotel in a good position.
