Stayed here on the recommendation of other reviews. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Great, friendly staff, room spotlessly clean, great amenities. Central location, close to everything. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Only a short walk from the parking (very reasonably priced) to the hotel. Will definitely return

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The rooms are modern, spotless, and in excellent condition with no faults. Beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, something we all appreciate! The bathroom design was unique and impressive, and I really enjoyed the layout. Free movies are a fantastic inclusion as well. One area for improvement would be the front desk experience. Staff interactions felt very transactional and robotic; a warmer, more personal approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything felt relatively new. The location is excellent, and having a great café downstairs for coffee and breakfast was a real bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Howey — we’ll definitely be back.

The room was clean and well appointed. The location was great The staff were courteous and helpful. Though I was disappointed after checkout I had realised I had left my phone charger in the room. I rang the front desk and asked if they could check the room. They advised they would and if i could ring back in 20 min. I rang back in 1/2 hoiur or so they had found the charger. I asked them to put in the backpack with the luggage they were holding for me. It wasnt until I arrived home that I discovered that the charger was not in the bag.

We had a nice stay. Great location! Right in the heart of shopping paradise, and short walk to transport options. The room was nice (we had one with a good size sitting area and two massive tvs, and an excellent deep soak bathtub). There were a couple of very minor room details that needed addressing, but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully.
