Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Bouverie & Victoria St, only a 2-5min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.



You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.



Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:

Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.



If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 2min walk away from us.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.



If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.



If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.



Other Things to Note:

The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th guests.



The 5th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a king single.

Excellent location. Nice size flat on the top floor, nice building and quiet neighbors. Ample bed linens, and comfortable mattresses!Unfortunately the space lacked some of the amenities I have come to expect from Vrbo apartments like a second set of keys (for a two bedroom with three adults booked) provided paper towel (at least one roll) extra toilet roll, baking sheet, bottle opener, hand soap, and toilet cleaner. It did have shampoo and conditioner - (the body wash was watered down to nothing) - also provide salt/pepper, tea, instant coffee and sugar (though no creamer) As far as the areas for improvement: the flatware is extremely cheap and annoyingly flimsy, the knives were dull to the point of being dangerous, the kitchen faucet was not anchored to the counter top, and there was a general shabbiness the comes from excessive use around the place (drawer pulls worn and the finish flaking off, door hardware loose, refrigerator drawers cracked/broken, surfaces scuffed/worn and pot/pan handles lose.) Over all though- it is a good deal and I would come back again (if they can provide a second set of keys)
