Just built in 2019, this apartment is among the most luxury ones in the heart of Melbourne, with Movenpick hotel on the 1-7 floor, sitting across the Southern Cross Station (2 minutes) with super easy access to trams and trains. It is in the free tram zone and close to everything. My 2b2b apartment is a colorful and peaceful space in the center of city. It is furnished with high-end furniture and appliances for the best stay of guests.

You have a private bedroom with wonderful city view, an ensuite study room and a private bathroom located within the property but not inside the bedroom. Instead, it is situated in the hallway outside the room.
