Unfortunately our stay was not the best. On entering the house it had a terrible odour similar to a wet dog smell. It stated "no pets allowed" on the listing however there had clearly been a dog/cat in the property as both myself and my daughter had bad asthma due to us being allergic to dogs/cats.The house is in need of some desperate maintenance as there was an electrical power point coming out of the wall and exposed electrical wires, the toilet seat was broken and not attached to the main bowl, there was a hole in the wall covered with masking tape and part of the floor to the garage kept coming off. We also booked for four people and on arrival we all wanted showers before heading out and discovered that only three towels were provided when the listing said all "linen and towel provided" the owner did advise that he would drop one around in the morning. When we eventually did have showers the hot water lasted around 30seconds and then went cold. The owner advised that he would get a plumber to come around and look at it but needed us to be there for this to happen! We were on holiday's and not going to spend our day waiting for maintenance! Overall the experience was not nice at all and made our trip to Melbourne not that pleasant. The cost of the property for our stay was probably overpriced considering the state of the place.
