The personnel were so nice! They waited late for us, and we're incredibly helpful. Having a manned reception desk made things very smooth. The flat is clean and simple and has a great view; everything we needed. Really happy with our stay.

Room was clean, but there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, there was an air purifyer going, but it just made it worse. We were not able to use the gym or pool, even though I filled out the form to be able to use the pool or gym. The accommodation is very conveniently placed for easy access to trains and trams and shops.

Pool pump was broken so we'd booked specifically for a pool but were unable to use it. Dirty towels left in the bathroom and so much dust in the apartment on the floor air con and en suite bathroom basis had mould growing on the surface, looked like it had been repaired with silicon but that was full of mould. They also dont tell you that the apartment is not where you collect the keys, its in a different location.

Listing not accurate, room very small & photos were not accurate representation of space. Carpark is a block away & our room type wasn’t ‘eligible’ to use the pool & gym facilities. Hallway stunk like food the minute you exit the lift.
