Our corner suite was absolutely perfect for our stay & we loved the bath with a view over the city, and room service was fantastic. Staff at the restaurant were a bit frazzled and rude.

Great location & very clean

We stayed in the deluxe suite. The suite itself was incredible, beautifully modern style, the CLEANEST hotel room I have ever stayed in. A great location, within walking distance to everything. The bed was comfy enough, my husband had no complaints but I have some lower back issues and bursitis in my hips and the bed on each side felt kind of worn, in the middle there was a bump that had the original cushioning which was comfy. There was a strip light under the vanity that wouldn’t turn off, I believe it’s a sensor one but we left the bathroom door closed for hours and it didn’t go off. So if you are light sensitive keep that in mind. If you’re there on a Saturday night and sensitive to noise there was a lot of live music noise from nearby venues, I was on level 9 and it was quite loud in the room, but did stop around 10-11pm. Friday and Sunday night were completely quiet to outside noise. Some noise from the bathroom above (running water etc) which is expected. Self check in/out kiosk was great, super easy and fast. Service was also wonderful when we required it.
