All staff from reception to housekeeping were amazing! Friendly and happy. Room was spacious and comfortable for a week long stay. Ideally located only a short walk for 15 min tram ride to the city, with easy access to Chapel St and St Kilda Beach.

Just one issue. After making the booking I asked for a low level room as my wife does not like using lifts. The Quest responded and stated that they would accommodate this and advised that they only had 5 levels anyway. What the Quest failed to mention was that no matter what level you were on you had to use the lift - no stairs access available My wife, therefore, had to be accompanied in the lift which at times was inconvenient especially as she likes to go on walks on her own.

Great first impression at reception and an easy check‑in. The room was clean and had almost everything we needed — even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. The bedding and mattress were excellent. The only downside was the TV being positioned directly over the bed. The shower was great, and although the window was small, it did allow some fresh air in. The air‑conditioning could have been better. The free laundry facilities were a real bonus. The location between the city centre and St Kilda was ideal. Overall, we really enjoyed our 7‑night stay. It was a little pricey, but understandable given it was over New Year

Staff were typically brilliant but there was some indecision regarding the fire alarm on Saturday evening. The lift that spits you out in the other accomodation exit is a nuisance, especially if wanting to use the laundry or gym. How good was the laundry 👍. Keep evolving.

Great stay, lots of space in the 2 bedroom, location great right near tram stop, apartment had everything you needed. Staff very nice. Parts of the apartment need a little spruce & touch up as did the foyer halls, but overall a great stay and would stay again.
