Lovely place to stay near Flinders street station and Yarra river! (Walkable distance) The apartment was fully furnished with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean as they were renovated recently. Air conditioning (that I worried) worked well throughout the living room and the bedroom. The only downside was the noise. It was a bit loud due to the street traffic and people talking next door, which made it a little hard to fall asleep. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne!

Tv doesnt pick up free to air tv well, shower door didnt shut causing bathroom floor to have puddles and no powerpoints in kitchenette made needing to use table for toaster and kettle. But location and overall space was worth it. I wouldnt recommend bringing a car here as only carpark is public use and was full most of the time
