The room was clean and the staff were so helpful! It was a short distance to the tram line and there was a convenience store around the corner (alway it was very expensive). The only downside was that our room looked into a mirrored building so everything we did was reflected. It would have been nice to have some plants to block the reflection and break up the dreary concrete.

The place was wonderful and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and had great communication. I booked the stay for my parents as it was my Mum’s 70th. They gave my Mum a bottle of wine with a note to say Happy 70th Birthday, which she found very sweet. Thank you, would definitely book again!
