Ok but no hot water in the shower.

The hotel location, the hotel and its facilities and staff were all ok. However after a long cold windy Melbourne day, I was really looking forward to a hot shower and to hand no hot water at all was pretty uncomfortable. It was late and there was no one on reception to help.

Check-in was quick and easy and the location was perfect for me. The hotel is within walking distance of Moonee Ponds shops. The room was clean and tidy and the kitchen was equipped to cook meals. The only negative was that the room wasn’t serviced on the second day. I would stay here again.

Just an amazing home away from home. Great staff at reception. Clean & well kept with everything you need and reception has some goodies and liquid refreshments including wine and beer for sale if you forgot anything.
