We travel 4 hours from Regional NSW every 6-8 weeks to visit family. Quest on the bay is close for our needs, easy access, secure parking and the helpful friendly staff make it so easy.

Decent stay but couldn’t sleep due to the seagulls as it sounded like they were fighting but otherwise, convenient location. Staffs good. The room was good but the bathroom was abit tinier than i thought.

• Location is good - a lot of restaurants and some live entertainment within walking distance. • Hidden costs - in addition to the booking cost had to pay for parking + a bond which you don't get back straight away. Space we could park in was too small for our 4WD. Husband had to crawl over passenger seat to get out! • It was noisy - many sounds from the street, people walking outside our door and the seagulls!? I thought they slept at night! I found staying at the Quest Frankston on the Bay was an average experience, particularly for the price. If given the choice, we won't be staying there again.

Another wonderful stay in a beautiful room, it was a weekend away for my daughter’s birthday, it was her first ever stay in a hotel and she had a great time. We also were left a little chocolate bar as a surprise. It’s the little things like that that will always bring me back. 10 out of 10

Easy check in and good location. Parking on site. Spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. A little noisy as the room backed onto the lifts. Poor lighting in the bathroom and the heating and light switches very confusing.

The room did not live up to the description. Soundproofing - NO. Could here the people in the next room, could hear the people on the street below even though we were on level 3, could hear the birds squawking. Block out blinds - NO there were massive gaps between the blinds that let the sun through. Cleaner had left a dirty old pink face washer on the bench Very poor considering the price of the room which did not include parking
