Pool was green. Bathroom door broken and wouldn't latch close. Door stop ragged and rusty, ready to slice a foot open. Room looked tired with chipped paint on walls. Mouldy tea towels. No bathroom towels. Bin cupboard broken under sink. Staff apathetic to the wjole situation. This is the worst Quest we've stayed in by a long way. Hotel reported to local council for review due to health concerns for patrons. Recommend strongly avoiding this hotel.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was tidy, however noted bathroom bin wasnt emptied. For multiday stays would be great if more ammenities could be left - such as dishwasher provisions, extra rubbish bag for kitchen, toilet rolls, and maybe larger glasses. Otherwise, a great stay, comfortable bed. Looking forward to hopefully being back again next year :)

While we didn’t have breakfast as we ate too much the night before, the menu and price looked amazing. Exceptionally clean room with a great bed and amenities- everything you needed. Very happy with our stay 😀😀
