Great room , very clean throughout , suited our family perfectly with the 3 rooms . Situated next to an excellent group of restaurants and very close to the shopping center , parked the car and walked everywhere . We will be back to stay again .

This Quest provides very basic amenities. When we checked in we needed a luggage trolley, they had only one. Need to have more than one. Front office were polite, not friendly. We checked in on a Saturday for 4 nites and didn’t know there was no room service on sundays. Hence the housekeeping should have been mindful of that. There were 4 sachets of coffee, 3 tea and I dishwashing tablet. It’s seems the back of house either lack training or service is generally poor. Will definitely not return. Parking is outdoors in a secured car park. We could have parked in the shopping centre for free.

A number of small Maintanance issues, lets this hotel down. Maintanance staff attended promptly and reported to the front desk they had fixed the problems but hadn’t. Took numerous complaints to reception and a few days to get everything fixed, The maintenance team need to do better

Just had a fantastic stay at Quest Epping. The room was modern, super comfy with a great bed, Loved the convenient location near the shopping centre and easy highway access, plus the friendly, helpful staff made everything a breeze. Definitely recommend for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with excellent amenities

Nice hotel, great location. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful with rooms to a high standard. Slight negative is that the images show rooms with balcony and mini bars in the listing, this isn’t the case. If you are wanting balcony ensure you get a room number ending in A (not B). And you probably need to pay extra for this, I don’t think it’s clear enough in the listings. But, stayed here twice, highly recommended!!

We stayed in a studio for 2 nights. We initially booked for 1 but decided to add another. The staff were helpful and sorted the extra night with no fuss whatsoever. We were part of a wedding party, and after seeing one of the 1 bedroom apartments, we wish we had paid the extra as they are very well appointed and much better value.
