There’s a slight hick up with the room the hotel flooded but puntHill staff were really good and got us another apartment elsewhere in Melbourne. Which was Victoria Market hotel another one Any chains. And the staff are very friendly there as well so it was a very good weekend.

I have mixed feelings on this stay. The floor was having the hall way renovated so 24/7 loud drier fans ran, so loud. The room did not look anything like the lovely light bright one pictured when booking on this site. It was dark and dingey. Deck was filthy and smokers had well used the room, it stunk. Has a kitchen but microwave has lost all its internal peel so metal exposed, no dishwasher, grease all around sink, no oven just a hob. Your survey says pool, never found that, and your site says room service, that doesn't exist. Staff are lovely, place is clean, bed is comfortable, location is great. It just is badly represented on this site. I do not feel I got what I paid for.

Basics were not always available such as tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Room is suffering from a lack of power points Hot water fluctuated wildly and could not get a consistent temperature. Ironing board and iron both faulty with arts broken. No hot water night before I was due to check out!

The property had mould in the bathroom, huge dust balls under and behind furniture, smelly kitchette, air con that was too noisy to have on, needs to have furniture replacwd as chipped, paint peeling and bsthroom is old and dirty. No liquid soap in shower. Was terrible, would never book again.

Best water pressure ever, however water sprays the bathroom, so don’t leave anything out whilst showering (including toilet roll). Unfortunately the bathroom drain was blocked and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. Didn’t report it as we cleared it ourselves. Overall, great location, comfortable and soft bed.
