Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation, had everything we needed for a one night stay while attending a conference in Melbourne. Staff were warm and welcoming, great communication from the initial booking through to check-out. Excellent proximity to Her Majesty's Theatre if seeing a show there, which we did. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Blessing as I mentioned to her that the only fault with the room was that the bed mattress was too soft and I had a bad night’s sleep because of it.

The reception was great. However the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows terrible. The apartment was dirty and run down. There was no carpet in the hallway as it looked as if they were renovating and stopped halfway through. Great location but very polluted area. No view from balcony and very dirty.

There’s a slight hick up with the room the hotel flooded but puntHill staff were really good and got us another apartment elsewhere in Melbourne. Which was Victoria Market hotel another one Any chains. And the staff are very friendly there as well so it was a very good weekend.
