Level 2 windows don’t appear to have much sound-proofing so local noose especially from the alley comes straight into the room. Not a place to stay if you need quiet to sleep.

Idea for Longer Stays

I stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for a week. It has an idea location within easy walking distance to shopping areas, historica arcades, Federation Square, the NGV Interntional and Southbank. My apartment was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equiped and included a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. A comfortable bed and useful ironing board and iron made sense for a longer stay. WiFi was good and also the heating/cooling. I would recommend a traveller brings easplugs in case there is noise from the lively street. This was mostly on the weekend and did not last too late.

The lobby is a nice well renovated area. The rooms not so much, the price we paid was good for the family room but the beds were super old/uncomfortable and the floor was super creaky around the apartment. Overall it was convenient for the price.

Property was clean and quiet. Rooms were quite small with an uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on. The tv was small and only received the old standard definition channels.
