It is a unit built in the 1950s with a heritage exterior and a relatively well maintained interior!

It is a peaceful place in a nice and respectful neighbourhood

The railway station is just next to it which is super convenient!
- No partying, no smoking. Pls switch off all electrical appliances & heaters when not home. Pls clean up utensils and common areas immediately after using them so it doesn't attract pests. Thank you!
