Our stay here at Pars Apartments was excellent. Communication couldn't have been any better. Everything was just how we wanted it. We took the train to Melb, which is a 5 - 10min walk from Souther Cross Station. Everything was within walking distance, with the City Circle tram just outside the apartment lobby. It was such a great place to bring family, my elderly grandparents had such an easy way around the city with little struggle at all thanks to the location of this stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us! We will be back again for certain.

Check in was stressful as there was nowhere to park. The strip in front of the lobby was blocked with bollards and the only other space was taken by someone else

Amazing views and the pool was exceptional! Super clean, quiet and safe building - family friendly. Located in a fantastic spot one block from Spencer Street Station and short 5 minute walk to Melbourne Aquarium, Southbank Promenade, South Wharf DFO Shopping Centre.

The apartment felt brand new. Located near Crown and lots of food options. Near tram lines. We would have liked access to towels to use at the pool/spa, rather than having to use our bath towels.
